When you know your ‘Why’, your ‘What’ has more impact, because you’re walking in or towards your purpose.” – Michael Jr.
Your ‘what‘ can be defined as “that which you do” – for example sing, write, play soccer, coach, teach, cook etc. You wake up each morning to go to work (your what) and you have the necessary skills to do the easily. Not much effort is needed to perform the what.
The ‘why‘ is the reason you do your ‘what’ – the purpose. Its the reason why you sing, write, coach and wake up each morning to go to work. The why is what motivates you and operating in your ‘why’ produces far much better results when compared to operating in your ‘what’. Watch the video below as Michael illustrates the concept using a music teacher.
